I feel free of alcoholism for the first time in 20 years! I went into this thinking alcohol was a problem, but not really realizing how big of a problem. I didn't realize what a heavy burden I'd been carrying around until we got in there and loosened things up and kind of gave myself permission, I guess, to let go of it. And wow, what a weight it was! I actually have not had a drink now for more than a month! That is the first time in 20 years!! But it doesn't feel like I'm sacrificing anything, or worried about if I will ever drink again. Just kinda that the constant nag of alcohol that had been constantly on my shoulder for the past 20 years, is no longer there. And it feels amazing!

If you feel like something is calling you to do it, just say yes. Trust. You never know what you will uncover and find as you go deeper and deeper each week. For me, it was like peeling back layers of stuff I didn't even know I was carrying. The self exploration, self discovery and deeper connection to your true self, will be a huge reward! Aimee is such a wonderful guide and gently holds space for the deep work that emerges, without judgement. I felt very safe and supported. You will walk away from the 6 weeks with really great tools for integrating into daily practice that will add to your life in countless ways!

I felt this entire experience was extremely life changing and am extremely humbled that we have found each other. I felt your guidance and teachings I have learned from you very much have resonated with me. It's funny because ( originally had been saving to eventually schedule my reiki master attunement with you, but then when I learned about the Immersion, I felt more called to work on more self-healing before diving into the reiki attunement. Which I am so happy that I've done and you were a fantastic guide. For me, it was very special to be able to share some struggles relating to being a female and a minority and also the thoughts I've been having about maybe one day becoming a mom, things that I've had a hard time connecting on with my boyfriend and colleagues during the lockdown.

I was at a significant crossroad of needing help integrating and processing "right in the moment" life changing events. I was referred to Aimee exactly at the beginning of the immersion - I couldn't believe the timing and serendipity of it all! The Immersion had varied sessions / modalities that interested me and these allowed me to explore and understand the present issues with new eyes. I had experience with some of them, but the others I didn't, but I was open and curious to try. I LOVED the pressure-less environment and the pace of the 6 weeks - definitely wasn't in the mood for a lot of homework or reading or questions and yet I found myself wanting to investigate more in between our sessions. I bet you that's Aimee’s intent! Aimee's easy going style is gracious, punctual and very present...but don't be fooled - she is powerful and spot on with this work. I did not know what to expect when I felt the push to participate in The Immersion but I am so glad that I headed the call. The tools that Aimee shared with me strengthened my intuitive gifts as well as freed energetic space to allow for higher perspectives to flow from my subconscious to my conscious mind with ease. Please do not misunderstand, the process itself is not/was not easy and be ready to dive deeply into Thyself. This is a powerful work that will not only change you, but you will see a change in those that you interact with on a daily basis. In other words, the work you put in will be the reflection you see in others. Each session with Aimee built powerfully off of the previous one while each session was unique in itself. Aimee held the space I’ve been searching for and reminded me that I am indeed my greatest healer. Infinite gratitude for Aimee and the potent work she continues to share with the world.

I enjoyed the different variety of treatments. We did so much! I appreciated the way it lined up with the moons/eclipse and the awareness around that energy as well as the spacing of the check-ins and the care Aimee showed up with. I'm grateful for Aimee's shared wisdom, and I felt really supported. I thought of the group doing this along the way and I was grateful to be doing it "with" others. The affirmations, breath work and tasks all really helped remind me I can have consistency. The safe space to share some things about wanting a child I was afraid to say or even feel. The work specifically with my dad felt like a huge release. The last reiki session was really intense for me and I know it'll help me continue on with this work.
