Reiki is a healing technique where Universal Life Force Energy is typically shared through hands-on treatment. It helps remove the mind, body and spirit’s energetic blocks while promoting wellness and harmony within and throughout your life. During the Sacred Reiki Circle, we will tune into our chakras (energetic centers), share intentions, learn more about Reiki, meditate to activate the healers that we are, and receive hands-on healing for self, others, Mother Earth, and all beings.
